ORDERING
How can I place an order?
First open the product’s page which you wish to order. After that click on buy now so that you can be taken to the order page.
Now you have to fill in all your personal information that is required by us like;
• Name
• Email Address
• Delivery Address
• City
• Contact Number
After filling in these details click on the order now button
After this you will receive a confirmation call and email from our employees. Your order will only be placed if the confirmation process is complete.
Can I order in any other way?
There are a couple of other order placing ways accepted by our organization
Via Email: Send us the product code and all your personal information that is required to place the order on [email protected] and our representative will further contact you for confirmation.
Via Phone: Call on 0335-6500001 (Mon-Sat 11am-5pm) to place an order on the phone.
I have placed an order but didn’t receive any confirmation call or Email?
It’s nothing to worry about. This can happen due to some technical issues. You will receive the confirmation call as soon as possible.

I missed the confirmation call, now what?
If for some reason we are unable to contact you we will try 5 more times before canceling your order.

On confirmation of your order we send you an email with complete details and order number of your order.
What is the procedure to cancel an order?

In which regions do you deliver?
We deliver our products all over Pakistan
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
NO! Currently we have not started taking international orders.
What are the delivery charges?
All our deliveries are free of cost. If by chance a delivery charge is to be incurred, it will be mentioned on the product details.
When do I receive my order?
Our standard delivery period is inside 3 working days for Karachi, 5 working days for different urban communities and 6-7 working days for remote territories/towns from the order affirmation date, unless a particular delivery date is said on the arrangement page.
However the requested delivery period can be deferred because of unavoidable circumstances, for example, awful climate conditions, law and order situations and so forth.
Can I come and collect my order from your office?
We are sorry to say, but we don’t allow self-pickup of orders from our office.
What happens if I’m not present at the time of delivery?
We will surely contact you to inform you the expected time and date possible of the delivery so that you can make yourself available. If by chance you are not available at the time of delivery then our delivery man will contact you to arrange a time for delivery. Can I check my order at the time of delivery?
No we don’t allow our customers to check the order at the time of delivery. Since we offer a 3 days refund policy you can always contact us on 0335-6500001 (Mon-Sat 11am-5pm) or email us on [email protected] in case you face a problem with the product.
What if I don’t receive my order on time?
If by chance you don’t receive the order within the expected time period you can contact us on 0335-6500001 (Mon-Sat 11am-5pm) or email us on [email protected] and provide us with your order details so that we can track your order and arrange the delivery ASAP.

How do I pay?
We have cash on delivery policy used for our organization. Which means you can pay at the time you receive your order.

Any discounts?
If we are offering a discount on any product it will be mentioned on the product details on our website. Other than that all prices are non-negotiable and fixed.
EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
What is the return policy?
We offer a 3 day exchange and return policy from the time on delivery. However the product should be in its original packing and it must be in unused condition.
What if the product is defective?
We have a very efficient quality assurance department that tests all products before dispatching them. But if by chance your product is faulty or it’s the wrong product then you can claim for and exchange within 3 days after the delivery by contacting us on 0335-6500001 (Mon-Sat 11am-5pm) or email us on [email protected]
What if I am not satisfied with the product?
We apologize if you are not satisfied with the product. You can return the product and exchange it with another product, or you can also claim a refund. The conditions are that the product must not be damaged; it must be in unused condition and in original packing. The delivery cost of sending the good back is to be barred by you. What is the process of return and exchange?
If you have placed a return and exchange request, you have to deliver the product on your own means in order to receive the exchanged product.
If you receive a defective or wrong product which was sent by WatchMarkaz.Pw mistake then it will be our duty to arrange a pickup of the product for which you won’t have to bear any cost of delivery.
If you don’t like the product or are facing a problem with the product for e.g. size issue, then you will have to send the product back to us bearing the delivery charges.
The exchange product will be dispatched within 5 days after the date of receiving it back.
What is the process of Return and Refund?
If you wish to claim a refund then first you have to send the product back to us. After checking the product is in unused condition we will accept your refund claim after deduction of 30% of the total amount of the product
You will receive your refund after deducting bank charges within 5 working days after receiving the product back.
